Cemetery Board Petition

Due to the age of the cemetery and the changes in management over the years., the cemetery board recognizes that exceptions or adaptations to policy may arise.  These exceptions should not be taken out of context, nor should the be interpreted to be be applicable to everyone in all situations.  

The cemetery board has created this online form to provide patrons with an accurate and process oriented approach to petition the board for specific requests.  Should you require assistance completing this form, please contact the cemetery sexton.  

Generally speaking, a petition will be reviewed at the next regularly schedule board meeting.  Board meetings are scheduled quarterly.  A board member or the sexton will contact you and advise you of the boards decision.
